What should you share before the visit?

- Do not open electrical covers or apply household chemicals inside the unit.

What is excluded from AC cleaning?
The service does not diagnose or repair refrigerant circuits, compressors, motors, wiring, boards, sensors, controls, pumps, concealed drains or installation faults. It also does not certify air quality, sterilise the unit or guarantee energy savings, cooling performance, odour removal or health outcomes.

- Laboratory mould, allergen or microbiological testing
Visible mould-like growth or persistent moisture may require a separate source and material assessment; cleaning the AC alone may not resolve a wider property condition.
What determines the air-conditioner cleaning quote?
