The service may be appropriate after renovation, finishing, installation or repair work when contractors have removed their equipment and the site is safe to enter. Share photographs before booking because active works, loose debris, damaged surfaces or hazardous dust can require another specialist first.
- Fine dust has settled on floors, ledges, doors, fixtures and reachable surfaces.
- Compatible surfaces have small traces of grout, adhesive, tape, paint or cement.
- An apartment, house, office or commercial unit needs cleaning before use or handover.
What Can the Cleaning Scope Include?
The agreed checklist is based on rooms, surfaces, material condition and access. Tasks are confirmed before work begins; the presence of a residue does not mean it can be removed safely from every finish.
How Is the Work Planned?
Planning starts with photographs and a property review, followed by a written task boundary and cleaning sequence. Heavy dust is controlled before detailed wet work so cleaned surfaces are not repeatedly contaminated.

How Should the Property Be Prepared?
Contractors should finish the agreed work and remove tools, packaging and heavy debris. Water, electricity, lighting and safe access must be confirmed where the planned tasks require them.
- Send wide photographs of every room and close photographs of residues or delicate finishes.
- Identify newly installed, porous, natural-stone, painted, coated or otherwise sensitive materials.
- Confirm parking, lift access, keys, water, electricity and any building working-hour restrictions.
Do not ask cleaners to handle exposed wiring, unstable fixtures, sharp construction waste, unknown powders or unsafe elevated areas.

What Is Not Included Automatically?
Standard post-construction cleaning is not demolition cleanup, waste haulage, façade work, rope access, mould remediation or material restoration. Some residues permanently alter a finish and aggressive removal can cause more damage.
- Heavy rubble, contractor waste, hazardous materials and sharps require an appropriate removal service.
- Scratched, etched, burned, chemically damaged or poorly cured surfaces cannot be restored by routine cleaning.
- External high glass, façades and unprotected elevated areas require separately approved access capability.
No promise of complete residue removal or turnkey restoration is made before the property and materials are assessed.
What Determines the Price?
Post-construction cleaning is priced by quote. Area, dust level, rooms, glass, material sensitivity, residue type, access, equipment, utilities and the amount of detailed work affect the final scope.
