Terms of Service

The website provides information about pest control, sanitation, professional cleaning, property care, air care and defined Home Services, together with contact options, request forms and supporting guidance. Website content is provided for general information and to help visitors request an appropriate service.

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or sending a WhatsApp message is a service request. It does not automatically confirm an appointment or create an agreed service arrangement. The date, price, scope, preparation requirements, access arrangements, and other service conditions are confirmed separately.

The published starting condition for suitable basic disinsection up to 60 m² is 200 GEL. It is not a fixed price for every property or case. Cleaning, Home Services, rodent control, disinfection, deodorisation and additional work are quoted from the agreed scope. Each approved trip beyond the municipal boundary of Tbilisi adds 100 GEL. A quote applies only to the scope and conditions communicated when it is provided; submitting a request does not confirm a booking or price.

Customers should provide accurate and reasonably complete information about the selected service or problem, the property, access, relevant occupants or sensitivities, photographs and dimensions where useful, product instructions, wall or furniture materials, previous work and relevant building restrictions. This information helps determine whether and how a service request may proceed.

A confirmed service may require lawful access to the relevant areas, agreed preparation, and compliance with temporary instructions provided for the specific service. The person arranging the service should inform tenants, guests, staff, owners, or building management where appropriate and authorised.

Results may depend on the pest, activity level, building conditions, neighbouring units, access, preparation, sanitation, monitoring, and follow-up. No guarantee applies unless its exact scope and conditions are confirmed separately in writing. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or access-failure terms will be communicated and agreed before a booking is confirmed.

These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Georgian law. If a specific agreed service term conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, the mandatory protection applies.

General pest information on the website is not medical advice. Bites or skin marks alone cannot identify a pest. Medical symptoms, allergic reactions, suspected poisoning, or chemical exposure require appropriate medical or emergency assistance.

The EXTERMINATOR.GE name, official logo, original website text, graphics, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. This does not claim ownership of material that belongs to a third party.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other linked services operate under their own terms and policies. EXTERMINATOR.GE does not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external services.

Visitors must not submit false or abusive requests, introduce malicious code, attack or disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the website or contact channels.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, while preserving all mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply to the customer.
