What Can Be Included by Agreement?

The programme begins with the property and operational cycle, not a preset monthly package. The proposal defines who provides access, who handles corrective work, what is recorded and how activity changes the next step.

Agree points, frequency, records, contact routes, responsibilities and escalation.

Compare findings over time and adjust monitoring or recommendations when agreed.
What Business Information Helps?
Provide floor plans when available, operating hours, responsible contacts, sensitive areas, pest history, previous records, cleaning and waste routines, deliveries, storage and maintenance constraints.

What Is Not Included Automatically?
A monitoring programme does not automatically include a fixed visit frequency, every device, emergency attendance, digital dashboard, audit preparation, certification, structural repair or unlimited treatment. Each component must be written into the agreement.
- HACCP, NFA or other compliance status is not claimed.
- Reports describe the agreed visit and observed conditions; they are not a regulatory certificate.
- Corrective work by cleaning, maintenance or building teams remains separately assigned.
Only records and programme components confirmed in the specific agreement will be supplied.
