How Should the Property Be Prepared?
Remove the belongings, rubbish and contractor materials that are not part of the cleaning agreement. Confirm water, electricity, lighting and safe access before the booked window.
- Photograph every room and any heavy buildup or sensitive finish.
- Label possessions, keys, documents and items that must not be moved.
- Provide the handover deadline without assuming an unconfirmed completion time.
Cleaning cannot begin safely around exposed wiring, active repairs, sharps, unknown waste or unstable fixtures.

What Does the Service Not Guarantee?
Move cleaning does not guarantee deposit return, landlord approval, sale completion or restoration of worn and damaged finishes. Waste haulage, pest treatment, mould, sewage and construction dust need separate assessment.
- Permanent stains, corrosion, scratches and worn coatings can remain.
- Packing, moving, storage and removal of large items are not automatic tasks.
- External height work and unsafe balcony access are excluded.
