Which minor repairs may be suitable?
A task may be suitable when the problem is visible, safely accessible and limited to ordinary hardware or adjustment rather than a hidden technical fault. Photographs help determine whether a handyman or another specialist is needed.

How is the repair scope defined?
Only the tasks listed in the accepted quote enter the visit. Materials and replacement parts must be identified as compatible before installation.
How is a handyman visit planned?
The task list, photographs, measurements and available parts are reviewed first. Work is then limited to the agreed items, with a stop when a concealed or specialist issue appears.

What should you send before booking?
Send one wide and one close photograph for every task, approximate dimensions, material if known and any product or replacement-part details. Explain earlier repairs and whether the item is loose, cracked, swollen or misaligned.
- Clear ordinary belongings from the immediate work area.
- Keep children and pets outside the controlled work zone.
- Provide authorised access and identify building restrictions.
- Do not dismantle a damaged item solely to obtain a photograph.
A burning smell, active leak, gas concern, unstable structure or security emergency is not a handyman booking and requires the appropriate specialist or emergency route.

Which repairs are excluded?
The service does not include live electrical work, plumbing, gas, appliance diagnosis, structural carpentry, waterproofing, major plastering, security lock opening, welding, glazing or unsafe height access. A task is not accepted when the fixing, material or surrounding condition cannot support a safe minor repair.

Visible damage may be a symptom of moisture, movement or another hidden cause. Cosmetic adjustment cannot be presented as correction of that cause.
What determines the handyman quote?
Handyman work is priced by quote. The number of tasks, materials, parts, access, disassembly, earlier damage and any approved trip outside Tbilisi affect the final proposal.
