When can coordination help?
Coordination is useful when an owner needs a local person to document a visible issue, arrange access and communicate with an appropriate specialist. It is not a substitute for the specialist's diagnosis, repair proposal or responsibility for the work.
- A visible leak, electrical warning sign or damaged fixture was reported
- A specialist needs access while the owner is away
- The owner needs photographs or a clear status update
- Cleaning, pest control or sanitation must be sequenced with separate maintenance work
What can be coordinated?
The agreed scope focuses on information, access and communication. The owner approves the specialist and any work before costs are incurred.
How maintenance coordination works
The process separates coordination from technical work. We collect the available facts, obtain owner approval before third-party attendance and keep the service provider's scope and responsibility distinct.
Clarify the issue
Collect the location, visible signs, photographs, urgency indicators and known history.
Confirm authority
Agree which specialist may attend, access arrangements and who approves the quote and work.
Coordinate and report
Arrange the approved step and send the owner the available update or third-party documentation.
What information is needed?
Provide the property details, visible symptoms, photographs if safe, access constraints and the decision-maker's contact information. Do not touch exposed wiring, active leaks near electricity, gas equipment or unsafe structures to obtain better photographs.
- Exact location and affected room or system
- Photographs or video only when safe
- Known history and previous repair information
- Access, alarm and building-management procedures
- Owner approval process and direct payment arrangement
For fire, gas smell, flooding near electricity or another immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency or utility service rather than waiting for routine coordination.
RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARIES
Coordination is separate from technical work
EXTERMINATOR.GE coordinates agreed communication and access; it does not provide an engineering opinion or guarantee a third party's credentials, attendance, price, diagnosis, materials, workmanship or completion time. The owner contracts and pays the specialist under that provider's separate terms.
- No plumbing, electrical, gas, structural or engineering work by default
- No certification, code-compliance or valuation report
- No promise that a specialist is immediately available
- No payment, purchasing or open-ended spending authority
- No guarantee of repair outcome or warranty
Any cleaning, pest-control or sanitation service supplied directly by EXTERMINATOR.GE keeps its own written scope and safety instructions.
What determines the coordination quote?
Coordination is quoted according to the issue, location, access, number of appointments and reporting required. The third-party specialist's call-out, diagnosis, materials and labour are not included unless explicitly stated by that provider in a separate quote.
